Devon has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. During that time, he’s studied with various teachers and coaches in a variety of modalities, including gymnastics strength, hand balancing, functional range conditioning, end range strength, yoga and traditional weight training. Devon believes that everyone deserves to live a pain-free lifestyle, and that, in order to do so, proper joint and muscle function must be a top priority. Typically, injuries occur due to compensations caused by dysfunctional joints and muscles, but with proper training methods, function can be restored and all activities will benefit. Whether you want to learn to handstand, relieve your back pain or increase your back squat, Devon has the tools, experience and attention to details to help get you there.
