Kevin grew up in Spokane Washington and was a gymnast for 10 years before attending Washington State University where he graduated with a BS in Kinesiology. He then moved to Arizona in 2007 and attended A.T. Still University in 2009 graduating with a MS Human Movement.
Throughout the past 9 years Kevin has had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of age and ability rages from the HS athlete to the 84 year old who might need a little stability work. He is passionate about helping people achieve a higher quality of life through fitness and nutrition and understands that there are many different definitions and paths that lead to this goal for each of his clients.
He believes that teaching people to move the way the body was meant to move will result in a way of life that is more fulfilling and have great benefits for clients not just in the gym, but out in the real world as well.
